What personal information do we collect about you?

We gather two types of information from you:

  • Information you actively give us, which includes comments on our blog or messages you send us. We use this information to deal with your request and never share this information with anyone outside of our business except for those we do business with on your behalf including sub contractors.

Your personal information

Your personal information including name, address, telephone number and email address, will be stored securely in WordPress, HighRise and Dropbox. We may also use Microsoft, Apple and Google services to store your data. We use that information to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check that you’re happy and satisfied.

We will keep this information indefinitely but you can ask for your personal data to be removed at any time by emailing our data protection officer Mark Brown. When entering into a contract with you, we may share your name and contact details with other’s who are engaged to fulfil your contract.

As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. How we use cookies
